Easter Sunday!

We decided at the last minute to join a few of our friends at Mt. Hood Meadows for some last chance snow boarding. Rick and I are pretty rusty since we haven't done it in 5 years. Seriously, my equipment was rather crusty. We started so late, and obviously couldn't meet up with our friends who are more of a real snowboarder than we are. Those guys left at 7am, which was wise. We still had loads of fun and lots of laugh, the class was a joke, not only the instructor was about 12, he spoke in a language that I didn't understand! we managed to dissed it altogether and did our own thing. I would love to be able to afford to do this sport more, I love it as much as Rick love surfing I think! Ps. we saw Steve and his crew up there, and had a few beers with them. After rushing home to make a Surf movie at a local cinema, which was useless by the way. We dragged Corey with us. We stuffed our faces with cheap sushi. Corey thanks for being a good sport!

Jow Nai (translate Big Boss)

My friend Pin and her husband Jay just send me a picture of their first born son. Rick and I went down to San Diego 6 years ago to visit her before and after she gave birth to him. He looks just like Pin when she was little. Umm do you think someone odd to tell them that it's not a good idea her the child to sit in the middle of the road like that?

Cuties

We spend last Friday afternoon with Mariecella and her kids (Sage, Paloma and her best friend Katlyn). We had lunch, went to the park, and came back to our house to hang. So sweet!

My Not So Handsome Husband!

When Rick called and told me that he might had broken his nose, I was so scared. When they finally got home I rang Jud and Lynn to come over to see if he needed to go to the emergency or not. They called their Brother John, who's a doctor and discuss details over the phone, and think it would be fine to leave it. Oh Rick, I get pain inside by looking at you. This is a good picture now it's just really puffy, black and red. He looks like a china man (not that China man looks puffy and red).

I'm Free Again!

Yeah, the doctor just called. Cancer free. So happy, my next check up is in June. I'm greatful that we can relax until next time. Now we can get back to focusing on getting jobs. Love to all.

Are You Kidding Me!

We went for a 3 months check up with Dr. Orwell the other day. She found another lump on my left breast (the same side as the one they found cancer on last year). Obviously it came as a shock to us, and feel badly about the whole thing. She sends us down to get an ultrasound immediately. They found 3 little lumps total. Now what? The doctor ordered an MRI. Basically "No Way" in May's world. I tried to get MRI scan last year, but had failed miserably. This time not only 1 but 2 MRI were ordered. I decided to take drugs to help relived my intense impracticle fear of I don't know what? Long story short, they ended up having to give me so much drug, I was throwing up all day long. We got there at 8am, and eventually left at around 3pm.

Note to Self: never take drugs again!

The next day I question the lab, why do you need another MRI? Nice try, but didn't work in my favor at all. I decided to give it a shot without the drug. Corey, Rick and Gabe came along for moral support. Gabe couldn't come inside, had to sit and wait in the hall (thank you). Corey and Rick came in, and really held my hand throgh out the hold thing. I really appriciate it. Thank god that's over. Now we just waiting for the result.
